LEGISLATION TO RE-INSTATE THE FILM TAX INCENTIVE

Thank you to Rep. Kathryn Swan (R– Cape Girardeau), for filing a bill (HB 1451) to extend the sunset on the film tax incentive for another 6 years beginning in Aug. 2014.

The bill has been filed, but no action has been taken on this yet.
