Internet entrepreneur Kim Dotcom announced the launch of his new file-sharing site, Mega, about one year after his Megaupload website was seized by the U.S. government. Next Generation Correspondent Michelle Fields talks with the Cato Institute‘s Julian Sanchez about file-sharing websites being shut down by governments, and the chilling effect that has on innovation.
